traveling to USA on k1 visa

My fiance is from Morocco she has been given her visa. While looking for a plane ticket most of the flightsto my state (Oregon) travel trough canada. Now ive made some calls and have had different things told to me. What does she need to travel trough Canada? Or frankfurt? As far as i have seen there are only flights to my place that travel through multiple countries. I don't want her to get sent back.

By a quick Google searchI found that she would need a visa to transit Canada, but not to transit Schengen.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

 

K1 process

9/24/15: I129f sent

9/30/15: NOA1

11/2/15: NOA2

Delayed processing due to work

3/15/16: Medical

4/28/16: Interview (approved)

Delayed entry due to work

My fiance is also from Morocco. I contacted the airports in Canada and they said they will need a transit visa. Application is online and it's free to get. Frankfurt Germany (and in my case dubai) no special transit visa is required since they have and are a Moroccan passport holder and they have a valid k1. As long as they don't leave the airport and don't overstay 12 hours. Let me know how it goes since I will be in this step very soon...

Also, when your fiance was approved from the interview how long did it takes you guys to get visa issued and in your hands?

  • Completed New Medical Exam - October 4, 2019 - Dropped off at Aramex 😀
  • Aramex Confirmation of Delivery to Embassy for Medical - Oct. 7th, 2019
  • CEAC Update #13 - Non-Immigrant Administrative Processing - Oct. 09, 2019
  • VISA ISSUED! October 11, 2019 (last CEAC update!) 😱 FINALLLYYYYY!!!!
  • Arrived to the US! Oct. 24, 2019
  • Married Dec. 07, 2019 😍
  • Filed AOS/EAD/AP - Jan. 21, 2020
  • Rec'd I-797C Notice - Interview on 10/13/2020
