I noticed that on the I-129F form that I'm using (it's a PDF from the official site) that the TELEPHONE fields do not match what others seem to be saying. I also noticed that on the sample file the forms are different, even though the issue date is the same. There's a picture attached showing what I mean.

The top image is the SAMPLE form. And the bottom one is the one I'm using. The field's for telephone numbers are different in all instances. Is mine an updated form, or an outdated form? I don't want to submit the wrong form!

Thank you in advance.

ALWAYS use the forms obtained directly from uscis.gov. These are the most up-to-date forms. The forms on visajourney can be older versions that have expired and will be rejected by USCIS, so if yours look different, don't worry.

Agreed, always use the USCIS forms. IN the end the VJ ones are a guide, I doubt they re-do them every time there is a minor change to them

Also the VJ sample might be a print out and yours looks like a PDF that you can fill out and print? That could be the discrepancy there.

Thank you, to the both of you. My version is definitely the PDF fill-it-out-on-your-computer version. I also did get my form from the USCIS website, but I will check again to make sure I am using the absolutely most up-to-date version.

Again, thanks!

EDIT: The PDF file on the USCIS page definitely has just a single long box for phone numbers. This must have been a correction, seeing as I read a lot of topics on here that it used to formatted to only allow US phone numbers (which doesn't make sense).
