Electronic Processing Questions

I see a lot of old posts about opting in to electronic processing, but see nothing in my instructions that I need to opt in. My consulate (RDJ) allows it and it seems like I can just email documents straight to the NVCelectronic email address. Is this true? Anyone with experience? I emailed it in like that after paying both fees and completing my DS-260, will I hear any confirmation from them that they received my documents? Thanks!

You no longer have to opt-in if your consulate allows it. I received an email 3 days after I submitted my doc via email, confirming receipt. If it has been more than 3 days, perhaps call NVC to ensure they received it.

Thanks, just sent today, just didn't see anything in the NVC process guide on here about this or anything really about the electronic processing process. Appreciate it!

Got an email confirming receipt two days after submitting and now six days after submitting I got my 3rd N/A on the ceac site, is it possible I am already at case complete? Seems crazy fast, but everyone seems to say 3 N/As is a case complete. My case is pretty straight forward, married six years, meet financial requirements without sponsor. Seems like it would be record time.
