If she's intending on getting her a K2 visa, then yes - she needs to bring her.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Hi I have a question, I have petitioned for my fiancee and she has a 18yr old daughter which will be applying for k2, the k2 applicant has 2 small kids, what actually happens in that case where the k2 applicant also has children? Are they also included to come to UsA

??

Regarding the question of a K-2 with 2 kids , as far as I know , the only people allowed to fly with K1 is the K2. It's not petitioner's responsibility to include the grandkids of his fiancé . I hope some people can give better answers to this .

Too late for a K2. The marriage to her mother would have to have taken place BEFORE she turned 18 for her be under a K2.

The k2 holder can't pass 21, that 18 yr old was the old law, if the k2 holder is younger than 21 it's finee, no problem..

The marriage before the child turns 18 it's on a marriage based visa, this is fiance k1 k2 for the child, so as lon as the child is below 21, they can accompanied the k1 holder
