Have you read the instructions for your consulate? http://moscow.usembassy.gov/iv-fiancee.html

And this? http://moscow.usembassy.gov/ivisas.html

Fiancé(e) visa applicants may schedule an interview only upon receiving a notification from the U.S. Embassy, Moscow. If you do not get the notification within 60 days from your petition approval date, contact us at consulmo@state.gov.

The immigration status page says our petition is READY. What needs to be done now? Can we email all the per-interview documents? Make the interview appointment? Make the medical appointment?

in this link you gonna find the list of documents you might need on your interview, beside your P4 letter you receive from NVC,
