Hi All,

My joint sponsor has two in her household and will be sponsoring myself and my 8 year old daughter. Thats 4 persons on the AOS application.

Her current individual income is $36,542, this is evident on her job letter and payslips.

The problem is that on her 2015 tax renturs she reported $26,000 in income due to filing her business expenses on the tax return. All other years are fine.

Question, will i be required to get another joint sponsor or will they use her payslip and job letter for her current earnings.

Thanks for responding guys, Im not sure about whats in line 22 on her tax return..

I will try to get another joint sponsor. Would it mean a delay at NVC or will they just ask me to take the other joint sponsor documents at the interview at the US embassy in Jamaica??
