Hello, I'm a 2 year conditional resident (applying for removal of conditions in December 2016). I'm currently pregnant and we're expecting our baby in September 2016. My question is, will my baby be a US Citizen or will she have dual citizenship?

Assuming your baby is born in the US, she will be a citizen. As for dual citizenship that is up to the rules of citizenship in your country.
