i-751 is confusing!

Hello all few questions if you could please help as USCIS helpline can't access i-751 form to answer any of my questions.

I am a conditional resident who is looking to remove conditions and my husband is US citizen.

1. Petitioner is the Conditional Resident? Or the US Spouse

2. Page 3, Part 4 (Information about the U.S Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse) I selected 1.a ( Spouse or Former Spouse) and entered my US citizen information in 2.a (Other information).

Problem is when i entered my US Spouse information in Page 3. Part 4 it auto fills US Spouse information on page 8. Part 8. Shouldnt page 8. Part 8 be the name of conditional resident? as it talks about providing fingerprints. US citizen doesn't need to provide fingerprints no?

3. Page 8. Part 8 Spouse or Individual's Signature, is that US Spouse or conditional resident?

4. Instructions say to write N/A or NONE, would i really write that for Middle name, others name use and children name etc? Didn't make sense to write N/A in the middle name section as i don't have any middle name.

5. I made $500 and $90 money order, that should be fine right?

Sorry if it's confusing but i hope you guys can understand my question. Step by Step guide has the old form as an example.

The non-USC person is the petitioner. Page 8 is for the USC. As the USC, you are signing that you WILL submit fingerprints IF they want you to. Most of us USC persons never have to submit fingerprints.

I know it is confusing, but you've done it correctly! Money orders are OK, too.

Good luck!

Hello all few questions if you could please help as USCIS helpline can't access i-751 form to answer any of my questions.

I am a conditional resident who is looking to remove conditions and my husband is US citizen.

1. Petitioner is the Conditional Resident? Or the US Spouse The petitioner is the one petitioning to remove condition, therefore, the conditional resident.

2. Page 3, Part 4 (Information about the U.S Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse) I selected 1.a ( Spouse or Former Spouse) and entered my US citizen information in 2.a (Other information). You are correct

The US citizen may need to provide fingerprints so it is correct to fill out this part.

3. Page 8. Part 8 Spouse or Individual's Signature, is that US Spouse or conditional resident? It is the US spouse. Remember, this ROC form is also to be used by children of conditional residents so the "spouse" would be the US spouse but for children the US spouse would be their step-parent aka the "individual".

4. Instructions say to write N/A or NONE, would i really write that for Middle name, others name use and children name etc? Didn't make sense to write N/A in the middle name section as i don't have any middle name. N/A would correct as that part is Not Applicable (N/A) to you.

5. I made $500 and $90 money order, that should be fine right? You're fine. As long as they get their money. :)

Sorry if it's confusing but i hope you guys can understand my question. Step by Step guide has the old form as an example.

Good luck! :)

~For the sake of clarity, a follow-up question was moved to a new thread. This new question is still about the same poorly written Form I-751, but a different area. No sense is adding more confusion related to this form.~
