Only one way to find out - pay the $160 and submit an application. But with relatives in the USA she already has an obstacle to overcome.

If you are covering all of her expenses, then you would want to include proof of finances with the application and an explanation of that. Other than that there really isn't anything that you or anyone else can do to help your Mother get her visa to the US. She will need to prove her solid ties to her home country and show that she will have every intention of leaving the US when she says she will. The main problem she will face is her US relatives being a possible tie to the US. But if she has a previous travel record of visiting other countries and returning home, then that can easily be overcome.

Good Luck!

I don't believe there's much you or anyone else can do or provide. Her visa will be granted or denied based on her circumstances. Tourists visas are individual. Doesn't matter if your brother or great uncle is paying for your trip. In some respects that can be a negative factor as it shows dependency on others and with relatives in the USA who are happy to house and feed her what would motivate her to leave?

The consular officer who interviews her is not interested in why she's going. He wants to be convinced that she will leave. She has to convince him by herself. Not you.

Hello , thanks a lot for your reply , one correction , actually I have some friends in usa not anyone from family , sorry for misworded, ya I will provide all her expenses , she is here in Canada for two year , as she came with supervisa so this visa will allow her to stay longer than a single entry visa.she also have a one year medical insurance form Canada that could cover up to hundred thousand.here in Montreal We have a lot tourism services during summer they offer various kind of special offer for usa trip so I thought to take one of them plus I could visit my friends there.i am her only daughter and my mom doesn't speak any language other than her native language so she can't stay anywhere without me and here in Canada I am working full time and studying part time so I have my own apartment, those I can show as a proof , anyway I am going to try soon , thank you all for taking time to reply me ?

Interesting that when advised that having relatives in the USA can hinder a tourist visa application the "relatives" suddenly become "friends".

Make sure you tell the correct story on the application and at the interview. It's not like they haven't heard that one before.

Hi , thanks for replying me , she is Bangladeshi, currently visiting Canada with supervisa, that's why I wanted to visit some of my relatives in usa with her ?

Hello , thanks a lot for your reply , one correction , actually I have some friends in usa not anyone from family , sorry for misworded,

I don't think I've ever confused a relative with a friend..

Make sure to get the facts right at the interview, and if successful, at POE.
