My fiancee is Filipino born but has been living as a resident alien in Hong Kong for the last 3 years. Line 3a through 3i. What address is supposed to go in this line? Because she is a resident alien do I need to put her current address in Hong Kong in lines 29a to 29f? Any where on the petition do I have to give her employer's address because she is living there? Or can I put a different address in it's place because she does not want her employers to find out about the possibility of her leaving and firing her on the spot? Because she has been living in Hong Kong can she do her interview at the US embassy in Hong Kong? If I have already answered numbers 2 and 29 do I still have to answer it again in numbers 31 and 32?

Put her current address in HK where asked for. Yess, you'll have to repeat some information. Don't worry if it doesn't make sense. Just follow the instructions 100%.

She can interview in HK if she is a legal resident there .

Both! First you put her mailing address (part 2, lines 3), second her physical address (part 2, lines 29). For most people, those are the same.

Do they both have to be the same? She lives with her employer and doesn't want them to know we are doing this. Can she use the address of a friend for the mailing address?

No, they do not need to be the same. She can use a different mailing address - but she needs to give her actual physical address.

Hopefully and probably not. It is highly recommended that you print the terms of service of the website you used and/or get a written statement from its management that states it is not an IMB to include with your package.

Yes she can do her visa process in Hong Kong, to do so you will need to list her residence in Hong Kong in Part 2, (36 a-b is usually ignored NVC they will send the case file to the embassy where she resides). A package will be sent to your fiancee once the petition is approved and the case file forwarded to the embassy in HK

Yes answer 31-32 again. ( mailing address and physical address can be different )
