My sister(us citizen) wants to file for my mother.

My mom is currently in US as right now.

If she files with my mom here I understand she has to file i485 as well.

Me and my spouse filed concurrently last year, so I'll be helping to file the forms. However it seems the process is a bit different. I can't find anywhere that requires an affidavit of support. I don't known if she needs medical either.

I like to know exactly what forms she would need.

Is not final that she is going to go through it, but I like to start the forms, since I remember it took me a while to get everything done, and would take even more time now since I'm so busy at work.

Thanks again to the comunity of Visajourney. You guys help me so much! (>^^)><(^^<)

hi

yes, the same adjustment of status packet as you did, filing concurrently, she has to do the medical and vaccinations and your sister will need to send the affidavit of support

same forms, except that your sister doesn't need to file an extra G325A, only for your mom
