Green card obtained last year, but case sent back to uscis??

I got text msg today from uscis to check your case for update.? (They already have my cell number on file)

I went to there website check the status and found :

On June 1, 2016, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number LIN****** for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move,to give us your new mailing address.

Im the petitioner(us citizen) i filed for my wife on oct2013, on april 2015 she have the interview at the embassy (im with here and our baby) she's approved and got the immigrant visa after 1 week, we come to california (where i live)on may 18,2015 and she got the green card later, every thing is good and we live togother and we have a new baby born on feb2016, my wife went last month to home country to visit her mom and she come back after 3 weeks. With my 2 daughter .

Please help me im afraid if that gonna be an issue at the airport when she come back ?

And why we got this update after 1 years and she already have here green card ,

I miss my baby and my wife i count every day to see them , i pray that not be a problem at the airport when she come back .

what i can do?? .please i need your advice.

Note :

I ask a lawyer about it and his answer is:

The message may be an error you may call immigration or make an infopass appointment to confirm or correct their case file.

I agree it is most likely a mistake; someone may have wanted to archieve your case and pressed the wrong button

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

A few months ago there were several posters here who experienced the same. It turns out it was an error when their files were moved to archive and someone pressed the wrong code on the computer.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
