US host with criminal record

Hello everyone. I have a troubling concern prior to my visit to the US later this year. I recently found out my brother has a criminal record for assault and a prior DUI from a few years ago. Will this cause a problem when I arrive in the US and give his name and address to the IO, since he is supposed to be my host? Will this impact on my B2 visa? I've traveled twice to the US before, but not to visit him.

It should not, as long as his home is not a known drug spot

you should not be affected, although your brother you cant

suffer due to his fighting and driving after drinking since you

have visted and returned home it will not be a problem upon

Staying with someone with a criminal record is not a problem. My husband has a criminal record.

They are more interested in how you will finance your trip and that you will leave at the end of the proposed stay.
