DS160...have anyone ever filed an immigrant petition? [merged threads]

My aunt filed I-130 for my dad...I being his daughter was listed in I-130.

My dad was not interested coming to US 10 yrs back and so withdrew application.

Now I am filling DS 160 for my k1 application and there is a question...

Have anyone ever filed an immigrant petition for you in past?

As I was not the beneficiary and just dependent of my dad...should I say No????
