Joint sponsor supporting documents

My case is in AP under 221(g). Embassy asked for a new joint sponsor. My que is do joint sponsor need to submit most recent tax file/last 3 years tax file?

either one is fine, just like the sponsor, they can list the last 3 years on the form and send only the most recent tax 2015 or list the 3 last taxes and send them

If it is possible, see if the joint sponsor can attach his last three years tax transcript. This is free of cost and can be obtained the same way. As they asked for a sec sponsor, send the last three years transcript to be in the safe side. You don't want another meeting or letter asking to furnish with the same. Your goal should be to reduce as less communication to visit as each will cost you a good amount of time.
