Timeline

DEC 23-2015....... APPLICATION RECEIVED

FEB 3 -2016...........BIOMETRICS

JULY 20-2016 .....CONTACT USCIS ,OUT OF PROCCESSING TIME .

AUGUST 2 -2016 "RESPONSE" CASE PLACE ON PROCCESING HOLD DUE TO WAITING ON SECURITY CHECKS .

SEP AND STILL WAITING ......


May 10 application received by USCIS
June 8 biometrics completed
September 6, still waiting for decision.

I hope we get approved soon !!

I contacted my congressman who was able to help me. My case was approved on Spetember 8th. You should do the same.

I'm still waiting on EAD card but case shows approved at least.

What excatly is congressman and how do i get a hold of him? I did my bio on april and its sept now and still nothing 6 month period about to hit in oct ive been waiting for a while what can i do to make the progress faster?

DACA RENEWAL 2016. My son's renewal application was sent and the biometrics scheduled and done back in august. Still waiting for the approval and the work permit was due yesterday. Where should we call?

Google what congressman is and find out who represents your district. They will help you, it's their job.

Find out who your congressman is and get in touch with them. Explain your situation and give them proof. They will reach out to USCIS and get a decision soon.
