My husband and I have been living at our business (a hotel) for the last 6 years, but for about the past year we have rented an apartment in another town. We split our lives between the two towns, and I am curious how to write this correctly on the G325.

Thanks

08/17/2016 Applied in person by appointment I-130 at Guatemala Embassy (DCF)

Which is your primary residence, which address is mentioned on any joint bills, voters registration, bank account etc? I would put that.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Sorry, I should have specified where on the form.....I mean on the form where it asks for your address for the last 5 years. How would you put it to show you split your time between two addresses? Thanks

If one of the places was your legal residence, where you get bills and where your drivers license, voter regisatration etc is I would just put that.
