I wouldn't worry about that. Just remember to be married in time based on when he really arrived. As long as his name and passport number is correct, you should be good.

Iam worried because what date should i put in application 485..

I would put the date he actually arrived. They messed up the I-94, not you.

Well if you truly want to, you can go to your local CBP office and request they correct it. Bring evidence of the day of his arrival.

I'm not sure it really matters all that much as long as you get married within the 90 days. I would use the I-94 date and submit a copy of his itinerary to cover all bases. But, should you choose to try to correct it, a quick question -- was it a late night arrival? And, if so, is there any chance that it was after midnight when he made it to the immigration officer? If so, his May 13th arrival could have changed to a MAy 14th arrival.

Biggest concern--- i94 may 14 passport may 13 arrival.....he arrived may 13..did anyone experience this??

Please elaborate? Sorry, I am confused......

He arrived 13 May? His I-94 said 14 May? or it expires on 14 May? If something is wrong with the I-94, he should go to a CBP deferred inspection station and get it corrected.
