Three year rule - Required Evidence?

Hi all.

I know, this has probably has been answered elsewhere, so my apologies in advance.

Next month, I'll be eligible to file my N-400 based on the three-year rule (marriage to a US citizen spouse).

In the M-477 Document Checklist, it states:

4. Documents referring to you and your spouse:

a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; or

b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years; or

c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years.

I have our tax transcripts ready to send. Is this enough? Or do I need to send them a big pile of marriage evidence again? My understanding of the above is that the transcripts alone are fine (as it lists a. OR b. OR c.).

I did just option "C", the 3 years of transcripts as have several other people.

Does seem a lot of work, is not it but why take a chance ? it decides/affects lives. Send them what you sent during ROC. K1 and AOS usually have the most amount of paperwork.

I did option C, and submitted my 2015 transcript at the interview

If you have it, I'd ring a couple of other things, just to be on the safe side. For example I brought our checkbook (has both our names on), and a bill for some furniture recently purchased with both our names on. The interviewer made copies of both.

The only thing thye seem to be sticklers for is that if you have joint kids, be sure to bring the birth cert with both parents mentioned. The lady before me on interview day was sent home cause she didn't have it.
