You've started I think 3 threads saying the same thing now. You've been given answers. You've only been in AP 3 days. Calm down, listen to the prior suggestions, and there's nothing more you can do to speed up this process.

I understand, I'm sure it's difficult waiting. But none of us can tell you if you're approved or not. It sounds like you are in AP, and you can be in AP for days, weeks, or longer. Just sit tight and be patient. There's nothing you can do as of now. 3 days really isn't a long wait, so don't stress it so much.

How long before receiving my visa

It all depends on the workload of the embassy. Can't answer as I do not have experience with Ivory Coast but I can tell you that you should not make any travel plans before you have your visa in hand. Some wait a few weeks some get stuck waiting much longer and if you make travel plans you'll be wasting money on having to re-book flights.
