Hi,

I hope someone can help,many different answers.

On the I-134 Do I include Alimony paid to USA born wife on this form ?Currently I list her and what i pay her on the I-134 form.

My ex wife was born in USA and I was born in USA.

Do I list my ex wife on this form and the alimony I pay her ?

I meet the income guidelines for supporting my Fiancee.

Hi,

I just just deduct the income I pay her during the year...So my Overall income is less.

She is not my dependent this is a bill i must pay by the court for X amount of years.

Thanks for the reply,much appreciated.

I don't claim her as dependent on US taxes.
