I am now working a new I-129F for my new fiancee.

the newer form has more information and with older I-129F I have on file, I got away with not using the A number or exact filing date/location for former spouse, since it was a single block to fill in.

now the new one has more former spouse questions under Part 1

14.a A-number, I cannot find any A number for my previous spouse (leave it blank?)

14.e No idea what my exact date of filing was, was this the day I mailed off my first CR-1? closest I can estimate is a month and year, but not an exact day. format is expecting mm/dd/yyyy

14.f city of filing? where I use to live or what lock box I mailed off first application?

14.h Result? what do I put here, most info I can give is filed in 20xx divorced in 20xx

Any ideas for anyone who ran into this snag with new form? I even have to duplicate another sheet with same information for 2nd former spouse.
