It is 6 months since I layed eyes on my Babydoll. I forgot what his skin feels like on my fingers, I forgot his smell, the texture of his hair, the sweetness of his kisses......Oh, it is hard keeping my head above water and trying to figure out a way to fly through this nightmare ....to a place where the pain reveals it's own cure.

I feel ya. Its only been a little over 3 months for me, but I was thinking just this the other day. I'm forgetting the little things, mostly it bothers me that when I close my eyes I can't see the finer nuances of his facial expressions....like how his eyes flash when he's amused, for example. The thought that I can't predict, with any certainty, how much longer this nightmare (aptly put, because that's what this feels like) will last makes this that much more difficult to take. Aarrrghhh!!!! I just want to !

I'm still gunning for the approval before my birthday (end of April). Looking less and less of a possibility, but there WILL be a surge of approvals and I WILL get it hehe However I must say having my SO here for a visit is really helping the waiting game! I highly recommend it

Another day of nothing for us guys...well, atleast we are closer to something from them...

My Motto is "Each Day That We Are Apart Means We Are One Day Closer To Being Together..."

It allows me to keep my sanity while waiting what feels like is an eternity, but when it's over will be worth every minute of it!

average days between NOA1 and NOA2 = 51 days....

ok we got our NOA1 on the 21st feb.... and now its the 18th April (australia time).... 60 days?... ok am i running behind? did i miscalculate?............

I should remove Feb Mar and Apr because there is not enough data to make sense. In fact, on my next update I will do that. Look back to Nov, Dec, and Jan to get more accurate numbers. Right now we are running around 81 days, plus or minus many

81 days.... = 2 and a half months give or take... maybe more... yeah i'm thinking 3-4 months for the NOA2 to come in..... then a month wait for the embassy to get its gear together... and send me something.. then a month for that.... and so on and so forth....

i'm hoping 7 or 8 months all up..... am i being too positive?.... :-)

At the moment, we are averaging 80 days from NOA1 to NOA2, then another 70 to 90 days for the interview. It looks like many should get their visa in 5 or 6 months--maybe a couple more for some. Of course this also depends on the country, etc.

I'm not sure but it looks like people quit reporting when they get further into the process because the interview percentages stay low (I am guessing about this).

I think your guess is reasonable, but many will have much shorter waits. I pray all of us get there quickly!

i'm thinkin' 90 days to noa2, the petition can get to the embassy and word from them in two to three weeks, have all the info ready to shoot right back at them...and as of today, at our embassy, we call to setup the interview...and that would obviously be asap...noa1 to interview =135 days...i know it's hopeful, but i think can happen...
