Tracking Greencard

So I paid my greencard yesterday online, amounting to $165. Than when I track its status using the receipt number which starts to IOE**********, it says Validation Error(s), You must correct the gollowing error(s) before proceeding: User Defined Error.

Has anybody with the same experience? What do think this means?

There was someone else asking this same question in the past two weeks. They said they had to add an extra 0 at the beginning of the number. I'm not completely sure of that information. You may want to scroll back through the archives a page or two and look for icr-1 topic and I think it was discussed their.

There is a member by the name of brass balls and he would know what to do so you may want to look for him and send him a PM.

Your green card will take a few weeks to process, relax and try later. Also as Denny noted you may need to add a "0" or two at the beginning of your receipt number
