If your apealing then no to the costs, but REapplying, then wouldn't that be a yes?

This is sort of OT, but if they deny you for something like that, do you have to pay the fees all over again?

yes,i paid for third time .(second time for "motion to reconsider') which denied as well! for no resean.

Ok I tried to edit my post but it didnt work for me, I didnt make myself clear, I meant no to FULL costs of appealing, ofcourse theres fees but not the entire package cost

Another touch for us on the EAD-- his Bio appointment is tomorrow. I wonder what they're doing with it before they even have the Bio done!

October 2005: Met online playing World of Warcraft

December 19, 2005: David flies to America on VWP to visit

February 26, 2006: Married!

March 14, 2006: Filed I-130 ... by itself. Oops.

June 21, 2006: I-130 approved

March 12, 2007: Mailed I-485 package

April 5, 2007: Biometrics

May 30, 2007: Email notification: EAD approved!!

June 4, 2007: EAD received!!

July 24, 2007: Interview 8am APPROVED!!! Day 133 from filing. Emails for card production and welcome letter.

July 25, 2007: Passport stamped

August 6, 2007: GC in hand

u know whats early.. i filed my AOS application on March 11th and i got my interview notice date today in the mail saying i have an initial interview on may 15th. that is 2 months.... im not sure how i got in this fast as the Portland, OR processing times say 6 months processing time for i-485.

anyway it may or may not be good for me as im still in school and am not living with my wife yet. i plan to move in with her on may 7th... oh ooh i might be in trouble..

March 31- I-485 touched.

April 3- got letter in mail saying Initial interview on May 15.

interview came way too fast..

approved 2 yr card on july 2007

Feb10 - mailed out I-751 to CSC

Feb20 - did biometrics

waiting waiting waiting for the 10 year card......................................

Every time I see someone post like Stan (Congrads btw), I quickly dash to my e-mail and check it to see if there is any update on me. Am I the only one?? tee hee.. I bet I'm not.. I keep thinking.. ohhhhh today could me MY day too..

Husband's biometrics is tomorrow. I'm excited for him to get it over with so hopefully our case gets some action again. :D

hey emancipation,

by the way i didnt get any email update or on the uscis case status website.. the interview letter arrived and there was no change in the case status website.. so i didnt even know i was expecting a letter until i got it in my mailbox.

also my case might be slightly different from most of u guys coz im a F-1 status Student, so i didnt go thru the K1 process.

anyway im really schocked by the speed of uscis to give me an initial interview. 2 months is too fast when the Processing times say 6 months.
