Not sure what you mean with 5 year intervals but yes, she can visit during your interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Am 35 years she is 40 years and America, citezen we meet onece and got marriage,also we both plain well ahead before coming for the marriage, I have a chat that shows our marriage plan before her coming.

we got marriage for our first meeting, but we plan well before coming for the marriage, I have a chat that shows our marriage planning, she is coming to Ghana next month before my interview. getting marriage to us citizen for first-time can it also affect my visa interview ,am confuse when I read about some topics about flag.

Yes marriage on the first meeting is definitely a red flag (a negative, making visa approval less likely).
