Im sending my I-129F next week for my fiancée in the Philippines. I recently started a new job 4 weeks ago. Im in the Police Academy with Los Angeles Police Department and my job title is a Recruit Officer-Police Officer 1. I don't get my badge and graduate for another 6 months. My annual Salary is $57,552 and i get full pay with benefits, but I haven't graduated the academy yet. Will they look at my employment as temporary since I haven't graduated the academy and deny me?

I doubt it, as your salary is well above the poverty line there should be no issue.

The petition process can take upwards of 5 months to process. Very likely by the time your petition has been approved and ready for your fiancee to start the visa application in Manila you will have graduated (or very close )

I don't see an issue one way or the other, you have a job (in training or not) and your income exceeds the guidelines.
