Im sending my I-129F next week for my fiancée in the Philippines. I recently started a new job 4 weeks ago. Im in the Police Academy with Los Angeles Police Department and my job title is a Recruit Officer-Police Officer 1. I don't get my badge and graduate for another 6 months. My annual Salary is $57,552 and i get full pay with benefits, but I haven't graduated the academy yet. Will they look at my employment as temporary since I haven't graduated the academy and deny me?

I doubt it, as your salary is well above the poverty line there should be no issue.

The petition process can take upwards of 5 months to process. Very likely by the time your petition has been approved and ready for your fiancee to start the visa application in Manila you will have graduated ;) (or very close ;) )

I don't see an issue one way or the other, you have a job (in training or not) and your income exceeds the guidelines.
