Hi to everyone here,

We are in the middle of process of setting our AOS package for USCIS, living in Florida. Can you help us with following please?

1. where to send money or check? do you send check with package?

2. to which USCIS office should we send package?

3. does payment of $1070 for I-485 includes payment for I-131 and I-765?

Although just information for you, we visited lawyer today and here are additional information for you :)

Add to your package anything you can from following docs (it will help you to can through easier and faster):

- bank account statement with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- car insurance with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- cellphone bill with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- rent agreement with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- signed original affidavit from people you know, which confirms that you live together as husband and wife

- utility bills with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- health insurance with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- life insurance with both of your names Mr. and Mrs. Xxxx

- another picture of you from present time

Your lawyer should know the correct answers to your questions in red. If not, you should ask for a reduced rate or refund.

1 send with the package.

2 all AOS from K-1 goes to Chicago, its in the instructions

3 yes the EAD and AP are free when applied for with the AOS.

The information from you lawyer could have been obtained here for free.
