OP all cases are . different even if they seem similar.

What he has is a lifetime bar, no matter what CEAC now

says. Its even worst if he's a prior GC holder since 212(h)

is given only to about 2% of ppl that falls in the cathegory

You have to 1st get an atty to fight *Reason to believe" its

a law & when applied its not possible to get up from without

legal eagles...Call Karl Shusterman & consult or you can

email AILA for recommendation of an atty to get an AO done

PS after yrs have passed he may be able to get a D3 waiver

very hard to get recommended for from CO but usually

approved if they do, it will never be recommended right after

a denial, usually for emergencies etc (One cannot adjust from

this waiver & there are rules in place for the time allowed in the

US if approved...like wkly reporting) The only waiver for drug

involvement or other CIMT except treason terrorism, murder etc

You can keep I 130 active by emailing NVC every year to request

this
