thank you Karolina..or Joseph... we are starting now to get what we need for the k1 until he is getting his papers signed.. I saw u( or your fiance) is from Ukraine...we are neighbors..lol and i have alots of friends from Ukraine i meet in USA. u are welcome anytime to visit Romania. we have great mountains and alots of things to do here..thank you for your help :thumbs:

Im sorry i was not clear enough.. I overstayed for 2 months and i came back in my country..now im home in Romania, we apply now for k1 visa because he is getting his divorced signed soon..(he is waiting for her signature)..

Personally, I don't think a 2 month overstay is going to be very serious at all. You're back in Romania now which was the best thing to do before heading for your K-1 visa. I would suggest heading forward for with your K-1 plans and having him send in all the required paperwork only AFTER your fiance(e)'s divorce is FINAL! I would use this time to gather to help him start gathering all the evidence of your meeting each other, etc.

By the way, I would love to visit your country some day! Eastern Europe is absolutely beautiful! :yes:

aaawwwww...My honey proposed to me on Feb. 14th as well...like 2 years ago :) just noticed ur timetable..btw my locality in Moldova is about 4 hrs away from odessa :)

Thank you Dora_David and kinzaza! You ladies are very kind! Moldova is on my list of countries to visit too! I wanted to start working my way from Eastern Europe and work my way toward western Europe. Spain and France aren't going anywhere!

awwww...thank you so much :) Yeah he's a big guy...i have an unexplainable taste :) but it makes me feel very cozy inside when someone complements us :)

You guys look adorable too...but then...she's a European! I'll be modest...We rock...hehehehehehe

6/7/03: We got married!
8/23/03: Filed I-130 from SK
8/25/03: Phoned border guards & asked if J could escort me back to IA, yes.
8/26/03: Arrive in IA
8/27/03: Went to USCIS local office to ask if J could stay in the US and file papers, yes
2004: I-130 approved!
6/05: Filed AOS/EAD
7/2/05: Rec'd receipt for I-485
8/05: Rec'd RFE for Biometrics
9/9/05: Rec'd RFE for medical
12/2/06: EAD APPROVED!
12/5/06: EAD card rec'd
1/15/06: AOS interview date for 4/11/06 at 11:00 a.m.
4/11/06: APPROVED!!!!!! NO MORE USCIS FOR 10 YEARS!!! WOOHOO!!! 2016...seems more like a page # than a year. Haha.

wow...didnt expect THAT turn :) Yes it is me and my baby in the picture :) I dont know why u were so impressed because i seriously dont see myself as pretty...thank you for the compliment though :)

And about the modeling thing :) No thanks...hehe...i like my 130 lbs :)

No need to worry about who he is looking at...his heart is obviously with you! :thumbs: I simply just admire all that natural beauty. I'm am accustomed to seeing "Bodies built by McDonald's" here. :whistle: I have eyes only for my Karolina! This includes my heart and soul! This is what matters! ;)

thanks joseph and thank u all for helping me. is funny the thinks u posted...about the eastern europe womans...haha...is true ...im getting gelous sometimes on my boyfriend when he's staring at my girlfriends from Romania...they are relly gorgeous..good luck to everyone on their visa.. God bless
