Dont include the old mortgage statements with only your name. It will be obvious you refinanced and added your spouse.

I didnt bother explaining why we didn't have a credit card together, or why we didnt have something else. I sent info showing joint things. Like my signature was on our old lease but not my name, so I didnt send it and just send the title to our home which was joint but bought Oct 2015.

So only send in the deed to our house and not the monthly statements?

Im not on the mortgage so I didnt send that. Send the new title and the new mortgage statements but not the old ones. Do a will. Get a MPOA. Ive also had a joint account with my husband that we both actively use since Sept 2012 and sent in every statement since Jan 2013 6 months before I moved. Sent the tax transcripts since 2012 or 2013. Send the things you have that are joint and dont send the things you have that arent.

Oh I thought we were supposed to send in everything since marriage. I'm afraid we may get an RFE for why she entered the us 9/2014 yet the monthly statements only started from 1/2016. Thanks for the info!

You send what you can from that time period but its pointless to send something that doesn't prove co-mingling. So send the new title, new mortgage statements, all bank statements (hopefully you had a joint bank account you used regularily) all credit card statements, insurance, beneficiary statements, wills, mpoa, living wills, drivers license copies showing same residence, bills showing joint ownership etc... send the JOINT evidence and make sure that some of it covers your entire marriage or at least since entry.
