I find nothing new on the bullet scam “Lag Lag Bala”

But I tripped over this http://loyaltylobby.com/2016/05/24/manila-airport-new-baggage-porter-scam-exposed-beware-of-touts/

Dang, I got off cheap to skip the line! I normally refuse the porters, but the line was REALLY long...so yeah, I slipped him a $20.
