I mailed in our K1 visa application last week. The package was signed for Monday morning of this week. I had put the electronic notification request on top of the forms as stated on the site, and I still haven't heard anything is this normal? Sorry for the newbie question, I was hoping the NOA 1 would ease the heart ache a bit. Any sage wisdom from those that have been here would be welcome.

I'm a field service engineer for NCR Corporation in Vermont, my version of keeping busy busy is volunteering for all the overtime I can get. As long as I get my time with Bhel online each day and get to spend time with my kids Life's good. I really don't have to tell anybody on here how much it can hurt missing somebody this bad as I'm sure you all know. Thanks for helping me find the smile. You're right a Friday NOA1 would be a great gift for the weekend.

be ready for more longer months - Wait till NOA 1 and NOA2 - up to K1 VISA processing.. Waiting for NOA 1 is very light, it's between NOA 1 and NOA 2 that makes almost everyone so anxious.

Longer days ahead... Good luck!

then you haven't gotten your NOA1 yet. Which is normal. They always cash the cheque before they start working on any application.
