Wrong embassy listed on K1

Hello, I have a question regarding to the Embassy we put on the I-129f. My fiancé told me that he would be going to the embassy in Dahran because it was closest a to him. So that's what we put on the k1. At the time, I wasn't part of this community, and come to find out Riyahd is only place you can have an interview for the K1. Will this effect our process? Or will they send it to Riyahd?

They will make sure it goes to the right embassy. It also say that in the instructions.

I know it says that the designation of the US embassy or consulate outside the country of your fiancés last residence does not guarantee acceptance for processing by that foreign post. Acceptance is at the discretion of the designated embassy or consulate. I still needed to know if it will delay my process. If they'd send it to Dahran then to Riyahd. Thanks for answering.

No I don't think they will... They know is the only one it that country and will send it to the right embassy can't see any delay there

Yep, they definitely will send it to the right one. I put Jeddah on our I-129F and they sent it to Riyadh with no delays.

Thank you! I see that you did 100+ days in AP, that's terrible but at least you got approved. I also read your embassy review. Did you have a co-sponsor for the I-134? I do and the embassy doesn't give much info on exactly what is needed. I see that you were required to have more w-2s. Did you need past 2 years or 3?

Yes, unfortunately we've had more than 100 days AP but hopefully it might finish next week. I was actually able to call them and confirm that.

Yes, we had a co-sponsor for the I-134 because I was not living in the US at that time and didn't have a US income so my mother was our co-sponsor. We brought in all W2s but they also wanted the tax returns for 2 years.
