My fiancee is from Brazil and has a code F on her ds-3025 because the flu shot was not available that time of year (why do Southern Hemisphere diseases think they're so special), however the time of her medical was in flu season in the USA (Oct 1 - Mar 31). Her arrival date in the USA is next month, so a current season flu shot would be useless then anyway.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the chances of an RFE? Should we try and get one in the USA and update the vaccination records?

If the case is adjudicated when it is not flu season, then the flu shot should not be needed, even though it was flu season when the medical took place. See the note about flu shots in this pinned topic > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/551080-immunizations-ds-3025-or-i-693/
