Evidence of a bona fide marriage ???

Hello everyone! My name is Mike. I recently traveled to the Philippines and got married while there. At this point we're waiting on the passports of my wife and stepson. As soon as those arrive, and I have copies of them, I will be submitting I-130's for her and my stepson. Hopefully in a few short weeks!

We have completed I-130 forms for each of them, along with the 325a's. We have all the other documents required to submit with the forms.

My question is, "proof of a bona fide marriage"? Some of the things they're asking for, we can't do because she has no SSN. Such as joint bank accounts, or any other co-mingling of finances.

So, what to do?? Acceptable substitutions?

Proof of travel taken together, photos together , affidavit of bona fide marriage signed by someone you are well acquainted with, and a brief description of your relationship could all help.

And there are plenty of people unable to do stuff like joint bank accounts; is not some automatic no. For instance, I've been living in Korea and married a Korean here. There is no such thing as a joint bank account here... And we got approved with stuff like I mentioned above.

I had planned on using phone bills, chat thru messenger, and photos from my stay there. Along with various receipts, and boarding passes.

For a recent marriage then you would want to give evidence of a bona fide relationship from first meeting until the present.

Technically, the passports aren't needed until the interview stage so you could send it off now.
