Hello All, the embassy in Accra sent my fiancee a letter addressed in my name to come to the embassy on any Wednesday to pick up my k1 visa appointment package. My question is, can she just scan the letter to me so I print it out or she'll have to post it to me to take it to the embassy? We were thinking scanning will be faster.. Thanks for swift reply

Hi, I had my fiance post it to me and she also scanned it and i printed it, when i went to the interview it seemed that they dont really care which one of the other you present.

If you can, get it posted, you never know, if you don't have enough time just printed it, you can onyl do what you can.

Scanning is okay if its a regular mail that your fiancée received but if it is email that your fiancée received then have your fiancé forward the letter to your email for you to print out

That letter is a mere walk-in letter. So scanned copy is fine.
