What are the requirements for a Co-sponsor, my fiancee and I live abroad the states, and we need a co-sponsor, I have someone but he lives in a different state from where we are going, is still he available to be our sponsor? Or what kind of requirements he needs? besides the income?

Yes, as long as he is a legal resident, over 18 and living in the U.S.

Co-sponsor can be any USC or LPR with US residence. They need to meet the requirement for their own household size plus the foreign fiance(e). They will need most recent complete tax return or IRS transcript and proof of current annual income. Depending on the country/CO, they may also need to provide proof of being a USC or LPR. If you will use them later for AOS and the I-864, then they will definitely need that.
