Hey guys, I got my case number from NVC on the 23rd, our attorney called yesterday and our case is still at NVC they haven't sent it yet, do they usually post in batches? I'm just wondering why it wouldn't have been sent yet.

i m not sure .. its only a few days i guess so maybe send it out early next week .... stay positive , at least its moving through the system even though its taking forever huh

Does anyone post-interview have any suggestions on how to best order the materials for the CO during the interview? I am telling my fiancé to shuffle the proof of our meeting documents to the top of his I-129f copy, but since the consulate already should have a copy of that, I told him to leave this material below the new documents. Of the new documents, we have:

- Affidavit of support + financial documents

- New letters of intent

- Receipts/confirmations for the wedding rings, event hall booking, honeymoon suite, officiant.

- his original documents, i.e. birth certificate, police certificate.

- passport photos

- Fee receipt, and all of the interview letters, approvals, confirmations, etc. from the embassy, scheduling website, NVC, USCIS

- Some phone records, wire transfers, and pages and pages of chat logs for the period since the I129f--since there are so many, I think these should be moved to the bottom of the post-I129f pile.

Do the COs tend to look for particular materials, or do they just plunge in? Also, curious if they take the documents ahead of time and review them, or is it all done while being interviewed? Thanks for your input.

you need to ask someone who has done interview at the same embassy as the one youre going to .. they are all very different
