Aloha,

I could not find any recent posts about this. Joan and I are finally headed back to the Philippines in June. We are going to need a lot of car services including taking 12 of us from Malolos to Zambales and back two days later. We used Nissan three and four years ago and they were good and reliable. Has anything changed? Are there any other recommendations? Thanks!

Nissan is very expensive considering they are based in Manila and your point of pick -up and drop off is in Malolos, Bulacan and Zambales. You can ask your local family in Bulacan, there are many local van/ car for rent companies in Malolos. Any car rental business in Bulacan can cater your needs. You can also rent a car on daily basis if you have family member in Bulacan that you trust to drive.

These car rental companies are on-line too, have you tried searching?

Thanks. I haven't searched specifically in Malolos. I chose Manila as a starting point because we will be back and forth to Manila several times as well. I'll look at Malolos too.

The best person we found was asking the hotel door person. They recommended a friend and he took us to all the places we wanted to go and then we turned it over to him and he took us to some great places throughout Cebu. Rented him and the car for the day. We stopped for lunch and bought lunch for him as well. We had a great conversation about the local history and he and his family etc. Best way to travel.

The best person we found was asking the hotel door person. We did that when we were in Bohol and it was a great experience. We've just got a lot of crazy traveling to do this trip that we were hoping to find one reliable company to work with. Oh, the Nissan email does not work, so I guess they are out of the picture!
