Hi,

So I have tried to find this on my own and I have found the K1 guide to be of great value but I am still not sure on a few things, so if anyone could clarify for me that would be wonderful.

I just received I-709C in the mail, when checking online it mentions the hard copy will tell me what to do? It just says it is being sent to CSC, I am going to use a co-sponsor due to the fact I have been mainly studying for the last few years. I graduate in May and have a job I start a few weeks later. Should I mention this some how or just having the co-sponsor will be enough? for the I-134, should I send that stuff off to my fiancée in Mongolia now? I am just planing on using tax forms requested from the IRS as supporting documents for both me and my co-sponsor, the latter of which more than meets the requirements, is this enough and should I get this sent to my fiancée now or do I wait? Is it one years income or three?

Many thanks to any insight,

Peter

1. Your timeline should be corrected. You were not transferred to California Service Center. All I-129f petitions are sent to the Texas lockbox and then forwarded to the appropriate Service Center. Your country is showing the default Armenia.

2. You do not need to send anything to your fiance quite yet. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow That comes after receiving NOA2.

3. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide follow the guides and embassy info for what to send. Scroll down to: What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2) This part of the process is embassy specific (And why your country needs to be listed correctly) and can vary. Yes, IRS Transcripts are good to send at the appropriate time.

4. Once you receive the hardcopy NOA1 it will be quite generic with some personal information on it. Not much instruction as to what is next will be on it. Basically just a receipt.
