Anyone who had the same experience on this forum post with the same RFE sent their RFE response and have had a response from USCIS??

Just wanting to know how long it took for your approval/response since sending in your RFE response?

I got another RFIE after that, they got the reply on April 20th, and sent me an interview letter dated May 6th.

I think it's dependent on your field office, some are faster than others.

Dang! Mine is 'MSC'. I wonder if t's a faster office.

I also have heard some people bypass interviews. Wouldn't that be wonderful.

MSC is just the national benefits center, they just check your documents. I guess the local office is the one closest to you.

I'm not sure if your case is transferred to your local office if you don't need an interview. That would be nice.

As you can see from my signature, it didn't affect my ead which is awesome. But then I got a random RFE from texas saying my medical was expired even though that is impossible as it is 6 months old and they last for a year... I did another medical and mailed it back. FYI an officer put in a service request for me about this issue and i got the response and it was totally useless. It just told me what I already know and did not even mention this most recent RFE.

Still waiting to hear about GC.

Thanks guys! Just checked USCIS website again today and it has been updated. Said as of May 23rd they are ready to schedule an interview for me

Does anyone know when you should receive your EAD and advance parole? Is it because I received an RFE that I will receive all after our interview? I am itching to work!

That's great, that means that whatever you sent was good, so now you just have to wait for the interview letter.

As you can see from my signature, my AP was approved 8 days after sending my second RFIE response. It was approved in 80 days from when I sent the AOS package, so it doesn't seem to have delayed anything.

Ready to schedule status can last a bit. It depends on how busy your local USCIS office is. Sometimes people wait months before getting the interview scheduled. The EAD/AP takes 60-90+ days. If you get an interview before getting the EAD/AP and are approved, then the EAD/AP will no longer be needed.
