G-325a form question

I have question in regards to G-325 a form. There is a question for my fiance " Applicant's last address outside of the united states if more than one year."

She is trying to fill it out but under "From month/year" is not the problem, but under "To, month/year" there is no option to say presently living there...does she leave it blank or what? Thanks

Georgia, the example does not help me, I looked at them already. In the example it shows the "TO" 35 Chamberlain Street Sydney NSW Australia 06 2006 TO 01 2010...My fiance still living same address and my question is does she need to show Present or just 2016? No room to type present...am missing something am sure?

I wrote the month and year too and I'm still living here also

Like I signed in January so I wrote 01 2016 like the example

Thanks Georgia, yes, we just wrote it the same way ... we changed the date to show "to 03 2016" ..thanks!
