checklist for NBI clearance

i just got an email for a checklist for the nbi clearance..i already sent it off last month when i had called and they told me they never received it the first time.is this something i should ignore or once again for the third time i must send the same document i had sent before?

Are you in the NVC process? Call them to confirm if that was just by accident. Sometimes they send duplicate emails.

yes.i thought about calling to make sure and the last time i talked to them around the beginning of February they told me there was a checklist for the NBI and another thing.now its just the NBI...a question you may know and ill probably also post as new topic but they can be scanned and printed from my home?and do they have to be color or can they be black and white..i ask because i read different info and have sent copies but now not sure.i dont have any originals for the NBI here with me and have printed out color but would just prefer black and white if they accept that..i figured with the originals needed at the Embassy then scans should be fine at the NVC as they just make sure we have the documents needed before her interview.and thank you also for your reply

I am honestly not sure if they would accept scanned or colored copies. When I had mine I sent all originals just to avoid delay in case they won't accept copies. Also, even if I was not given check list for the interview, I brought them anyway lol. Same reason, I want to make sure I have all of them in hand in case they decided to request for them. But that's me.

thank you.i did read on government website it can be photocopies after i had posted..but rite now i dont remember if it was for the NBI specifically..i forgot..have an emergency today and had to step away.i did get a color copy that my wife had scanned and sent to me..i didnt seem to have any problems with anything else that was scanned..but i know the worse that can happen rite now is another checklist.but i plan on having my wife send me a copy just in case..still not 100% sure they will accept it and agree with you i should use originals.
