We have a co sponsor that is a friend of my husband but he is an actor and travels a lot and currently is on a play tour for 6 months.

Now do you think the London embassy will want 2015 taxes even though our case was completed last week without them?

You don´t even have a interview date yet.

So i will do the 2015 and have it with you, just to be safe.

If the interviews is soon like in next weeks, then you don´t.

It's possible to not need them after you get a CC, but its possible to also need them if the interview is past that date. Or an extension notice.

I believe the official word is if the I-864 was signed and dated prior to April 15, then it and the evidence with it is supposed to be accepted. There's a certain amount of time that passes between submission and an interview. They wouldn't expect you to re-do everything just because you got an interview April 16. I believe the wording is something like if it was sufficient at the time of submission, then the presumption is that it is still sufficient unless the officer believes there is another factor besides the passage of time which would make him believe the situation has changed.

Well we have a few issues at present... Seems like nothing goes smoothly when trying to be with your other half lol

My husband is filing his 2015 taxes but we are still waiting on a w2 from a job he worked a couple of month last year.

Other issue is that our co sponsor told my husband last night that he isn't filing his taxes this year as he said he wants to do them every other year.

So how do we get past that?

Kinda confused

Okay but we don't have an interview date yet. NVC said today that they are still scheduling for April though

Read post #5. That's my answer.
