I am not familiar with Al-Noor., but wilcare where we had our medical done, I wouldn't recommend. I went with my wife for the medical, and the staff was very rude from the start. Thinking that I was just another poor pakistani relative of a immigrant hopeful., they spoke to me so rudely and wouldn't even listen to me when I asked that I needed to accompany my wife for the exam as she gets nervous. They wouldn't allow and very rudely told me to hand my wife 18000 rs and send her alone. Having no choice I gave her the money and sent her alone. The guard told me they allow family members sometimes especially when the patient is nervous and scared she's afraid of needles and faints at the sight of blood or when she needs a shot.

I knew the staff was being a ####### at the front desk with me for no good reason. I wasn't happy but kept quiet and waited in the lobby with my phone in my hand where my wife kept texting because she would get confused again and again with the questions they'd ask and stuff. Wilcare didn't make our life easy at all but I figured they are being strict because they have to be for the US embassy so I let things slide only because of that........ So, when they gave away my wife's medical report to another patient the next day, I lost all control there and really let them have it. All that bravado about strict rules and regulations and they can't even maintain a patient's privacy properly. I insulted them so much, they whole staff, reception, managers, seniors everyone gathered and I let them hear all that was on my mind about all the bullshit policies they enforced only to compromise a patient's privacy and give out her report to another patient. Within 2 days they managed to track down my wife's report from the wrong patient and fixed things with a millions apologies and embarrassed faces.

I wouldn't trust wilcare with anything medical related at all. I don't know anything about Al-Noor so I can't say either way about them. But just based on my experience with wilcare, I advise you to try your luck with Al-Noor.
