Two question's,

RE: Interview Document I-134 Affidavit of Support for U.S. Embassy in Manila

1. Do I need IRS Tax Transcripts sent from IRS, or can I just use my original copies of signed tax return?

2. Do I need just 2015, or should I include 2013 & 2014?

1. You can simply use a copy of your signed tax return. If you have a tax transcript, you have the option of using a copy of that.

2. You only need one tax return. If your interview is before April 15, then either your 2014 or your 2015 return will work fine. If the interview is after April 15, then you will want to use your 2015 return. In no case would you need your 2013 return.

1) either

2) Only most recent.

Read the embassy instructions letter for what is required.
