Hi all,

I married on Feb 12th, 2007 in India and filed the I-130 on Friday, March 9. After filing, I realized that I used an older version of the form. It expired on Jan 31, 2007. I got the form from the USCIS website (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130.pdf -- expired form).

The only difference between this and the new form is that the new form asks for extra evidence of a continuing relationship. I did not provide this in my package. I can provide affidavits and phone records if necessary.

Does this mean the form will get rejected? The uscis website says, "prior versions acceptable" for the I-130. Will they give me an NOA and an RFE? I'm going for a K3 visa and would like the I-130 NOA1 receipt ASAP.

Thanks.

Vik
