I am in the process of Assembling my I-129F Package. I am trying to not have my foreign fiancé send me any original documents or photos due to the time and cost of sending them by mail, FedEx, UPS etc.

Can the original statement from the foreign fiancé certifying an intent to marry be scanned and emailed to me and then I print it out to put in the package?

Similarly, can the G-325A completed by the foreign fiancé be scanned and emailed to me and then I print it out to put in the package?

Also, can the foreign fiancé have a passport photo taken of herself and then email the picture file to me where I can have it properly sized and printed on photographic paper and then put that into the package?

Thanks,

For the forms, no. They need to have a 'wet' signature as in, signed in ink.

For the pictures, yes, you can print them out here as long as they meet the photo requirements.

Thanks,

G-325A and the Letter of Intent to Marry both need original signatures. Being she has to mail/fedex those other documents, easy to toss in a couple 2X2 passport photos. ;)
