Our case has been transferred to CSC. Would that center send and RFE if needed? I was expecting one for my husband's I-693A or whatever has the vaccination record.

WE ARE DONE!!!

Did you not include the I-693A (Vaccination Supplement) with your AOS application?

If not, you will most certainly get an RFE for it from California.

yes, its possible to be sent an RFE after CSC transfer, (contrary to some opinion, it is not only perfecto cases that get transferred)

I sent in I-639a for myself and 2 kids. My green card was appoved and got RFE for my kids for I693 . With USCIS one just don't what is possible. Our cases were transferred to CSC. Probably they lost the medicals but who knows. Got those medical done today ,hopefully GC will be in the mail soon for them.

Best of luck to you.

Only put in a copy of his vaccination record from Jamaica. He went today to the Civil Surgeon to get the record transcripted to the correct form and a few more shots. Have it in a sealed envelope ready to be sent once we get the RFE. I was just wondering if they sent it out or if it would have been requested prior to being transferred.

We got our RFE (for the I-693A) from CSC.

For us, it was the first sign that they'd started processing our case again, after months of nothing thanks to (we assume) the FBI namecheck.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Hold on to that supplement. sometimes, not the norm, cases go through without the RFE for the supplement. If CSC sends a RFE for it, you have it ready to go.
